Welcome to Thrive Pelvic Health!

IMPORTANT UPDATE: I am not currently accepting new patients. I am unsure at this time when I will be opening up a wait list again for new assessments, but I will update this page once I do.

I am so glad you are here and I’m excited to help you on your healing journey! I provide one-on-one care, long appointment times, and have the most beautiful and non-clinical space that is supportive of healing.

Current patients: although my schedule looks busy, there are often cancelations so please add yourself to the waitlist to automatically be notified via e-mail if an appointment has opened up. Please do not put yourself on the waitlist is you are not a current patient of mine.

If you are booking an initial assessment, you will receive intake forms with your confirmation of booking. Please take the time as soon as you can to complete these forms. These can be completed on your phone or computer.

Unfortunately I do not offer direct billing at this time. I provide either a printed or emailed invoice that is easy for you to submit to your insurance company. I do not accept MVA, WSIB or OHIP insurance coverage.

**Important Information regarding pregnancy and birth preparation: I recommend starting pelvic floor therapy in your second trimester (but can be at any time if you have questions/concerns. I also highly recommend all pregnant patients pre-book their birth preparation (30-36 weeks) early and a minimum of 2-3 appointments during this time (ie. bi-weekly).

Postpartum - in-clinic sessions are recommended 6+ weeks postpartum.

If you have any questions, please call or text ( 519-718-8833) of email me at connect@thrivepelvichealth.ca

I’m excited to meet you! -Karen
